8 cups of mineral water (2 l)

1 cup of whole oats (105 g)

You need to blend the oats in a cup of water (200 ml) until the mixture is uniform throughout. Add water as needed and mix again. Then, you have to add lemon juice. Strain the drink in order to eliminate any chunks of oatmeal that may be left. We recommend you drink this oat milk every morning on an empty stomach!

#2. Cooked Oatmeal

You need ingredients such as:

6 cups of mineral water (1 1/2 l)

1 cup of whole oats (105 g)

2 tbsp. of barley miso (20 g)

Heat the water, and once it boils, add the oats. Then, wait 5 minutes, then turn off the heat. Wait until the mixture cools, and add the barley miso. Let it sit for 8 hours. Then, you need to mix it with a blender and it will be ready to drink. Drink it on an empty stomach!

#3. Oat, Pear, and Ginger Shake

You need ingredients such as:

1 skim yogurt (125 ml)

½ cup of precooked oatmeal (52 g)

1 ripe pear without its skin

½ banana

½ of chopped ginger (2 g)

4 ice cubes (optional)

You need ingredients such as:

1 cup of oatmeal flakes (105 g)

½ cup of raisins or nuts (125 grams)

½ cup of flour (120 g)

3 tbsp. of butter (60 grams)

1 tbsp. of vanilla extract (15 ml)

½ cup of egg 1 cup of brown sugar

You should place the oats, nuts or raisins, flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda in a bowl and mix well. Then, in a separate container, beat the butter with the vanilla extract and egg. Add the sugar little by little, beating continuously, since the mixture must be uniform throughout. Next, add the mixture of oatmeal and raisins, blending until well-mixed. Prepare the cookies and put them in the oven until they are golden brown. Yummy!
